About Samuel Kihoti

Direct Care Staff 

​Samuel Kihoti is a Direct Care Staff member at Cocreative Culture’s Ubuntu QRTP House, where he provides consistent, trauma-informed support to youth in a safe and structured residential setting. Guided by the Ubuntu philosophy “I am because we are” Samuel approaches his work with empathy, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to dignity and shared humanity.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Samuel brings experience in safety supervision, crisis de-escalation, and activities of daily living support. He is known for his calm presence, reliability, and ability to build trust through respectful, person-centered care.

Samuel’s work centers on creating a healing environment where youth feel protected, supported, and valued, while maintaining confidentiality, structure, and emotional safety within the Ubuntu QRTP House.
