Daisy Mwangi serves as the Administrator and Lead Direct Care Staff at Cocreative Culture’s Ubuntu QRTP House, where she supports the daily operations of the home while providing consistent, relationship-centered care to youth. Grounded in the Ubuntu philosophy “I am because we are” Daisy approaches her work with compassion, accountability, and a deep commitment to shared humanity.

With over seven years of experience in youth development, mentorship, and administrative leadership, Daisy brings a strengths-based and culturally responsive approach to residential care. She is skilled at creating safe, structured, and supportive environments where young people feel respected, heard, and empowered to grow.

Daisy has extensive experience supporting youth impacted by systemic inequities, including involvement in the criminal legal system. Her leadership at the Ubuntu QRTP House ensures that care is delivered with consistency, dignity, and cultural grounding centering youth voice, emotional safety, and community connection in every aspect of daily life.
